Overview

Efficiently managing product and variant images is crucial for any e-shop. {productName} allows you to upload images to a central gallery and assign them to specific products or variants using powerful Mass Update tools.

You can manage local image files or link to external images via URLs, ensuring your products always look their best on every channel.

Steps

Uploading Images to a Product

You can add multiple images to a product’s gallery at once.

1. Open a **Product** or **Variant** details page.
2. Go to the **Images** tab.
3. Click the **Upload Image** button or drag and drop your files into the gallery area.
4. Once uploaded, you can drag images to reorder them. The first image is automatically used as the main product image.
5. Click **Save Changes**.

Assigning Image URLs in Bulk

If you have external image links, you can use the Mass Update tool to assign them to hundreds of products at once.

1. In the **Products** grid, select the items you want to update.
2. Choose **Mass Update** from the action menu.
3. Select the **Image URL** field (or **Variant Image URL** for specific versions).
4. Enter the URL pattern or paste the specific links.
5. Click **Run Mass Update**.

**Tip:** You can use formulas in the Mass Update tool to dynamically build image URLs based on product SKU, such as `https://cdn.example.com/images/` + sku + `.jpg`.

Filtering Products without Images

Use advanced filtering to quickly identify products that are missing visuals.

1. Click the **Advanced Filter** icon next to the search bar.
2. Add a condition for the **Image Count** field.
3. Set the operator to **equals** and the value to **0**.
4. Click **Apply** to see all products without images.
